I ordered a half case of fresh kielbasa to surprise my family for Easter...was a family tradition growing up in Michigan. Eventually we all ended up in New Mexico and hadn't had kielbasa in over 13 years. My order arrived when it was supposed to and when I opened the box the one little ice pack in the box was melted and the kielbasa was warm. I called the company the next morning....was nicely given a refund but not the same as being able to share kielbasa with my family on Easter, and also having to throw away that much meat!
