A coarsely ground mixture of pork and beef, mildly seasoned with imported spices and white pepper but NO garlic. Stuffed into natural casings then slowly smoked to a golden brown in hardwood generated smokehouses. (4 / 2.5 LB Packages)
Recipe
  • Island Kielbasa in a Crock Pot

    Ingredients
    *2 pound Kowalski Polish Kielbasa, sliced into 1/2- 1 inch pieces
    *1 15 ounce can of pineapple chunks, undrained
    *2 cups ketchup
    *1 cup brown sugar
    *1 green bell pepper sliced into strips
    *1 sweet yellow onion sliced into strips
    *2 cups of white cooked rice

    Directions
    1. Place all the ingredients (except the rice) in the slow cooker and mix together
    2. Cook on low setting 2-3 hours
    3. Serve over white rice
    4. Enjoy
