Memorial Day Shipping Schedule
To receive your order before Memorial
Day you must place your order on or before 11 am on Tuesday, May 21st
to ship on Wednesday, May 22nd.
Shipping will resume on Tuesday, May 28th.
Non-Holiday Shipping Schedule
We ship out orders Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday each week. If you place your order by 11:00 AM EST it will be processed to ship on the next business day.
Shipping Schedule
Order Monday by 11:00 AM EST, it will ship on Tuesday.
Order Tuesday by 11:00 AM EST, it will ship on Wednesday.
Order Wednesday, Thursday or Friday by 11:00 AM EST, it will ship the next Monday.
Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed to ship until the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
The two exceptions are Fresh Kielbasa and Pierogi. Kowalski Fresh Kielbasa ships on Wednesday, Dudek and Kowalski Pierogi require a 3 day lead time prior to shipping.

Since our products are highly perishable, we ship in insulated coolers with ice-gel packs to keep your items refrigerated. Our products are never shipped frozen because we want you to experience the wonderful flavor of fresh made Kowalski products, right off the production line. Therefore, it is important your product be refrigerated upon arrival. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Kowalski is not responsible for any delays or cost in the delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses. In the event of inclement weather and/or natural disaster, it is possible that delivery may be restricted or impaired. We cannot assume responsibility in these instances.

Shipping costs are not refundable once a shipment has been received. If you receive a refund the shipping will not be reimbursed. Special cases may call for a refund or partial refund. These cases will be assessed individually by our staff.
All changes to orders must be received by our customer service team 11:00 EST the business day before your order ships. Call 313-873-8200 for any cancelations or alterations to your order.
