A coarsely ground mixture of pork and beef, mildly seasoned with imported spices and white pepper but NO garlic. Stuffed into natural casings then slowly smoked to a golden brown in hardwood generated smokehouses. (6 / 1 LB Packages)



Recipe
  • Island Kielbasa in a Crock Pot

    Ingredients
    *2 pound Kowalski Polish Kielbasa, sliced into 1/2- 1 inch pieces
    *1 15 ounce can of pineapple chunks, undrained
    *2 cups ketchup
    *1 cup brown sugar
    *1 green bell pepper sliced into strips
    *1 sweet yellow onion sliced into strips
    *2 cups of white cooked rice

    Directions
    1. Place all the ingredients (except the rice) in the slow cooker and mix together
    2. Cook on low setting 2-3 hours
    3. Serve over white rice
    4. Enjoy

You didn’t ask me about the fresh kielbasa.  But then again, why would you?  Always at the top of the list…outstanding!!

Thank you for the speedy service and delivery. Everything was in perfect shape and the ice packs kept everything cold. I always worry about that coming to Arizona. I had ordered extra so I could take some to my dentist as he came from Detroit. He was excited to find out I was ordering the smoked sausage, so you may pick up another long distance customer.  You products are top of the line and no other really compares with the taste and high quality of yours. Thank you for a great product and a wonderful experience.
