4 of 5 RECEIVED THE FRESH KIEBASA NOT REAL REAL COLD September 19, 2024

I was leery of eating any of it because Fresh Kiebasa wasn't real cold. It was more like cool. The gel packs weren't cold, they were cool also.  I haven't eaten the Kiebasa, I left out two kinks to eat, I hope I don't get sick. The rest of the Kiebasa I vacuum seal them and frozen them. I hope I didn't ruin it. Please tell me if I did.  Maybe the Gel packs should be frozen when they go from Michigan to North Florida. . I was born and raised in Hamtramck, MI and went to St. Florians H.S. graduated in 78' and went in the Marine Corps for 20 years. I still have family there. I plan to purchase more of your products because you can't get here in Florida. I look forward to a reply.

I live in Georgia and it is 100 degrees here need to put more ice packs or freeze the product all three of ice packs were melted and product was warm. And that was fresh kielbasa.  Thxs.

There is only one fresh kielbasa for our family, and that's Kowalski. All our holidays are accompanied by Kowalski kielbasa. We just had our 4th of July celebration and everyone loved the kielbasa, we even brought some to the U.P. for our sister to freeze for later.
