I was told the Polish Favorites would be shipped on Wednesday (the last day for Christmas shipping) and it would be shipped two-day air arriving at our house on Friday, December 20. Instead, we received a notice from FedEx that they had picked up the package from Kowalskis on Friday, Dec. 20, and it would arrive on Monday by 8:30 pm. Of course, when I called Kowalskis on Friday to find out what had happened, they were closed. When the pierogis arrived on Monday, they were completely defrosted and I refroze them according to Kowalski's directions when I called in the order. The sauerkraut pierogis completely fell apart when we cooked them on Christmas and the potato pierogis were tasteless.
