A friend of mine grew up in Detroit eating Kowalski sausage   He ordered some to show me what the best sausage in the world tastes like. He wasn’t wrong. Great seasoning and the snap of the casing was perfect. Keep doing it just like you have been for a very long time   I’m a big fan
