I've been eating theae things for decades. Always kept a handful in my pocket when out in the woods. It's especially nice that I can order them online and shipped to me in Georgia every year or so for a treat.  They arrive intact and quickly by FedEx.

I've been enjoying Kowalski's Hunter Sausages for about 10 years. This was the first batch which had bone chips in the Mild flavor.
Packs were dated best before 10/26/2024.
Be careful chewing.

Purchased many times quite a while ago and loved them, and now  just recently.  The recipe seems to have remained the same, but the casing has this weird 'crunchiness' that isn't pleasant. Husband says he can live with it;  I do not care for the (newer) casing texture!

Ordered a bunch of the hunters sausage for Christmas presents.   They are still amazing.  People are fighting over them and everyone wants to know where this amazing snack came from!
