- Pierogi Lasanga
Ingredients: *3 Boxes of Kowalski Mushroom Pierogis *2 pounds ground beef *8 ounce of Ricotta cheese *8 ounce of Mozzarella cheese *16 ounces of pasta sauce
Directions: 1. Cook meat and mix with Pasta sauce, season to taste 2. Place one layer of Pierogis on the bottom of a greased pan, 3. Add a layer of Ricotta cheese 4. Add lay of ground beef 5. Repeat steps 2-4 until quantifies depleted 6. Top with Mozzarella cheese 7. Bake Lasagna for 25-30 minutes on 350 degree's or until warmed through
