Shipping Schedule:
We ship out orders Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week. If you place your order by noon it will be processed to ship on the next business day we ship.
For example:
Order Monday by 12:00 pm, it will ship on Tuesday
Order Tuesday by 12:00 pm, it will ship on Wednesday
Order Wednesday by 12:00 pm, it will ship the next Monday.
Any order placed after Friday at 12:00 pm will not be processed to ship until the following Tuesday or Wednesday
There are two exceptions,Fresh Kielbasa & Pierogi. Kowalski Fresh Kielbasa typically ships on Wednesday. Dudek & Kowalski Pierogi require a two day lead time prior to shipping.
During Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving our shipping schedule and parameters will depend on the day the holiday falls on. Our specific schedule will be noted on the websites home page the week before the holiday. If you should have a special request or concern about receiving your order in time for the holiday please call 313-873-8200.
