I'm from Michigan, now living in North Carolina.  There's nothing that compares with Kowalski - my parents would go to Hamtramck specifically to buy it back in the olden days.  I now have it shipped to me and serve it very sparingly.  It's delicious!

Sausage is great, but delivery is slow.  Took five days.  Bad weather is the excuse, but this is not the first time it takes several days for delivery.  Cost for delivery is very expensive.  I've received faster delivery from Oregon with fresh meat.
